If you’re looking to provide group access to the Process Art Discover Conference this is it! This product allows you to purchase ‘seats’ for as many people as you like with pricing discounts if you order 3 or more seat licenses. If you only need to purchase 1 or 2 seats you’ll want to use our Individual product for the Outdoor Play Discover Conference. With this product you will be able to add people to your account easily and retain control of the billing. All your team members have to do is look for the email invitation from you and follow its instructions.

The group rates are listed further down the page and the discounts will show up in your cart once you add three or more seats to your shopping cart. You can also adjust your seat totals on the cart and checkout pages.

Instructions

  • Do you want to take up a seat and be a participant too? If so, check the ‘take up a seat’ box. Otherwise, leave that blank.
  • Set the number of people you want to add to your team.
  • The discount will appear on the cart page after you select ‘add to cart’.
  • Once you complete your order you’ll receive more instructions on the Thank You page and in your email. Save that email! (white list teachpreschool.org in your email client to make sure you get our emails)

Emily Burkland
Emily BurklandIntegrating Process Art Into Your Classroom Environment
Emily Burkland is a teacher and an artist working in the field of early childhood education for the last 20+ years. In 2013, she opened Community Art Garden, a community art studio in Southern Vermont with a multidisciplinary process approach that connects people with their inner artists. She currently teaches two play-based programs for children ages 4–8 and creates ongoing arts programming for all ages both in her community studio and at festivals and events in New England. Her passion is getting people to play with ART!
Samara Caughey
Samara CaugheyUsing Clay in Process Art
Samara received her BFA in Photography from the School of Art Institute of Chicago and my MFA from USC in sculpture. She taught art classes for children at the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena California for nine years before opening her own studio (Purple Twig) for children. At the Purple Twig, they focus on teaching age-appropriate techniques allowing children to explore materials for themselves and finding their own interests.

She has a BA in theater from UCLA and an Ed.M. in Education from Harvard.
